We’re back with another list of standout tech-related events in the Portland area. Marketing and management have emerged as themes this month, with noteworthy events from the Oregon Entrepreneurs Network, the American Marketing Association, and the Creative Roundtable. Luckily for tech-focused event-goers, Portland Cloud Office Hours will host a discussion later in June about the City of Portland’s move to the cloud.

Hunt has years of experience working with craft brands such as Kettle Brand Potato Chips, Muir Glen Organic Tomato Products, and Dave’s Killer Bread.
OEN Entrepreneurial Summit 2016: True Grit – The Power of Perseverance, 4-7:30pm, June 22
On June 22, OEN will bring together eight entrepreneurs to share the lessons they’ve learned along the way to business success. Urban Typography Scavenger Hunt, 5-8pm, June 25
The Creative Roundtable, a community organization that guides and supports creative entrepreneurs, has put together a “first of it’s kind” scavenger hunt. Over 90 minutes, teams will compete to find clues located throughout the Pearl District. What fonts can you find?
Lessons Learned: City of Portland’s Move to the Cloud, 5:30-8pm, June 28
Portland Cloud Office Hours is a new Meetup group for people to get their cloud-related questions answered. Lessons Learned is the group’s first official event. Logan Kleier, CEO and Founder of Portland startup SecondSight, will talk about how and why large organizations like the City of Portland move services to the cloud.
